Our Premier Complex Trauma and Sexual Addiction Weekly Coaching and Weekly Band of Brothers Men's Small Group program involves a number of modules that result in sexcessful recovery journey. This package features: - A one-hour kick off meeting - A weekly 45-minutes one-on-one online video coaching session - Participation in a weekly 90-miniute online video story and support group session with a small group of men pursuing their journey to discover their best, authentic selves. - Daily sobriety text or phone emotional regulation check-in calls - Emotional regulation intervention calls (when needed)
